Dale Gibbons
Founder of Level 12 Software
Dale Gibbons began his career in the aerospace industry in 1987. The first 18 years of his now 32-year career were in corporate America, with firms like GE, Compaq, and others. In 2005, he acquired a small, struggling technology firm and reinvented the business, which is now ranked 4th on the Business First list of 50 largest Louisville, KY area technology firms. In 2008 he founded The Continuous Improvement Center, consulting with businesses on leadership and excellence. He is currently the CEO of Level 12: Software That Works.
