Kathy Schuck founded North Shore Real Estate Solutions, LLC in 2009, where she has bought, rehabbed, and sold millions of dollars’ worth of real estate in the greater Boston area. Kathy specializes in managing the entire rehab process. She has her real estate Salesperson’s license with Realty National, MA giving her the ability to buy, market, and sell her rehabbed properties. Kathy has been a Field Expert Coach with Fortune Builders since 2012 and has presented many Webinars and has spoken at multiple Fortune Builders events and local REIA meetings. Kathy also runs a Fortune Builders monthly Meet-Up in the Boston area.
